He is a good GM and a great guy that definitely knows what he's doing. You know, if Pau Gasol didn't make those recent comments about "I might want a change of scenery if we don't improve... Memphis doesn't care about my accomplishments overseas.. blah blah blah" this wouldn't have been an issue.
