None of those other guys, with the exception of possibly McKie or Snow, mean much to the Sixers organization. McKie and Snow would be an honorable mention in my eyes, but they just didn't do enough in their Sixer careers to warrant having their jersey retired.
I doubt any of those players will get their number retired with the 76ers. Stackhouse was a 76er for 3 years, he's been on 3 diffrent teams since then. I doubt anyone one your list will make it, good players, but no big impact. To get your number retired you need to be on that team a majority of your careerFor Mavs probably only Dirk. Possibly Finley. Nash wont, since he's had 2 MVP's with Suns now

Derick Coleman averaged 15 in 3. I think those are the nex 2 deserving.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I doubt any of those players will get their number retired with the 76ers. I would retire actually are whole starting five right now. Including Lindsey Hunter, Jerry Stackhouse, and Grant Hill.

Besides, Stackhouse had a better career with Detroit. Allen Iverson will be the only one that will have his jersey retired for Philly. For my team, assuming Gil plays for us more, he definitely will deserve it. Along with Caron, if he sticks around for awhile.

Alvin WilliamsMorris PetersonChris BoshNot that many to retire at this point. We cant retire Vince's jersey because everyone hates the guy now.
I'd say Paul Pierce that's pretty much about it, Antoine was good for a while with us but his stats aren't that impressive, Pierce definately.
kurt thomas, john starks (should've been retired by now), houston. i also think charles oakley should have his number retired.

But Antoine's stats werent impressive with us? 20 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 assists per game (career with Celtics) to go with 3 All-Star appearences as a Celtic (started one) and an Eastern Conference Finals appearence.
Dirk of course. if Josh Howard and Jason Terry stay for a long time then they should too. Oh and Finley should get his # retired too.
For Detroit, right now, only Ben Wallace, Lindsey Hunter, Chauncey Billups, Grant Hill, and Richard Hamilton. I would get Sheed in there, but he hasn't been for the team long enough. If we win this years title, then yest for Sheed. Tayshaun hasn't been with the team long enough either. What happens if a career ending injury, or he leaves Detroit? Maybe at least 4 more solid years, with one or two titles in those four.I'd say no to Jerry although he did do a lot for us. He never led us anywhere into the playoffs, he just scored a ton.Having your jersey retired isn't for everyone. It's for a pretty elite club. I wouldn't want someone like Chucky Atkins with a retired jersey in the arena, just because he was starting point guard for several years.
