I miss the Kidd trade thread we had on the other site, so i have decided to make one here! No offer is too low or too high! Post your Kidd trade deals here and get criticized! http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/trad...&cash=17:19 (nj gets a 1st round pick from each team as well) http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/trad...p;te=&cash= (nj also receives a first round pick) http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/trad...p;te=&cash= (nj receives a first round pick) http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/trad...p;te=&cash= (nj receives first round pick) http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/trad...p;te=&cash= (nj receives 2 1st round picks) http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/trad...p;te=&cash= (nj receives 1st round pick from Bucks)
Ahahaha these trade threads are funny, the first trade is the funniest considering Orlando is trading away 7 players and a 1st round pick away for Vujacic, Turiaf and Kidd the GM or the Magic would go down as the worst GM in NBA history. Then the Nets recieve cash consideration, 2 first round picks, Dooling, Odom, Nelson, Battie, and Bogans for Kidd and scrubs???

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Vuchato @ Dec 30 2007, 10:42 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Yeah! we also get all teams picks</div> I don't think the Nets will do it. We give up too much.
And then http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/trad...&cash=17:21 And then http://games.espn.go.com/nba/features/trad...&cash=17:29 We get picks from both teams, of course. Nash Wade James Gasol Howard Sean and Boone as first bigs off the bench.

If we trade Kidd... it should be with the Hawks! 1st trade, add their 09 1st rounder 3rd trade, add their 08 2nd rounder, 09 1st.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Vuchato @ Jan 7 2008, 01:05 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>If we trade Kidd...</div> How would this work if they need to keep a minimum of 12 on their roster? <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Vuchato @ Jan 7 2008, 01:05 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>it should be</div> To me, the only person worth anything in this trade is Josh Smith. I doubt the currently sidelined-for-the-year Claxton would do a better job than Marcus as a starter once he comes back. And why would we need Shelden Williams if we already have Swat and Boone? Lastly, Pachulia used to produce 10/7 when he was a starter but no one is afraid of taking it to the paint against him, really. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Vuchato @ Jan 7 2008, 01:05 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>with the Hawks!</div> Same as the first one. Honestly, I wouldn't do any Kidd to Hawks trades unless it involves Josh Smith. But even then he has just one year on his contract. His price will surely go up especially with the numbers hes producing every night.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (RUstrong @ Jan 21 2008, 11:14 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Vuchato @ Jan 7 2008, 01:05 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>If we trade Kidd...</div> How would this work if they need to keep a minimum of 12 on their roster? </div> Good point, that trade wouldn't work. But if a small contract from the Nets is thrown in (Malik Allen or Darrel Armstrong) it should work then? Anyway, I don't see the trade happening.
Plus first rounder So next year we gain even more expirings to add to Collins' Again, with a first rounder So at least when we suck, Moon and Sean will be fun to watch
