The Bears are 7-8 and Grossman is looking a WHOLE lot better than Joey "Sissy" Harrington! I am impressed. I say keep Dick Jauran, he is a good man.

Thanks Z-MAN, I am happy with the way REX has played and am exited to see where he can go from here. It will be a tough task this next game at ARROWHEAD. Just imagine where we could have been had REX been put in a little sooner. As for DICK, I don't know if he is the answer. If EDINGER had missed that last FG then i'm sure it would have been a lot diffrent reaction to his play calling at the end of the game. I think that with 10 sec. left they still had a shot at one more play. A play for the endzone or a sideline throw for a better FG chance. I am just glad that he pulled it together because he had missed two in a row before that. I wish that we had a shot at the playoffs but hope for at least a .500 season. With only one game left I would like to go out with a big win over the CHIEFS to hopefully carry over to next season. Until the next game though I will relish this win! GO BEARS!!!!!! By the way sorry about your LIONS and it doesn't get any better with the RAMS next. Good luck!

Dick has lead them to a 12-4 season, so we know he can do it. Also he seems to have done a pretty good job this year concidering the QB's that have played. Rex has won the job for next year and he very well may haved saved Dick's job too.

How did you post that pick? I tried to post one the same way we used to and it didn't work. Thanks in advance for you help.

Grossman and all of those rookies are going to save Jauron's job and I say good. He's a good coach.

Bringing in a new coach now will just destroy the young foundation. Give him another year, I say.

Best thing about Grossman so far is that he doesn't beat his own team by making mistakes. He knows when to take a sack and when to throw it away. He's playing like a fourth year guy right now.

I would say give Jauron another year, but maybe replace Shoop. The Bears have been in games, but the playcalling has been horrible. However, that also means Grossman would probably have to learn a new offense, which may set him back a bit...

Shoop is another story... He should be gone. That "dink and dunk" offense is terrible.

I am reborn on this new forum, no longer under name "MMosley1978" but now as the Bearsfan1- I am reborn as is the passing game with grossman. I predict that firing of jauron will happen if they can get a big time coach, i.e. nick saban. Then the bears will rise up and sieze the NFC north. then the NFC and the the super bowl trophy.

Excellent, great to see you BEARSFAN1. I was hoping that you would come around and help me out around here. I am also glad to see everyone else as well[as much as it pains me to say, yes even you PACKERS fans, lol]. Who would have thought that we would see the day when PACKERS and BEARS fans could get along[lol]? I will agree with the SHOOP firing as his play calling can be harsh at times but still not sold on DICK. He has only one winning season with us in his 5 year stint. He is a nice enough guy but that doesn't win games. I am not so sure however that he will be fired this season, maybe they give him one more year to see what happens with the "new" offence that we have found. I say if we handle the CHIEFS this week then he stay's. I am very happy with our rookie players. They have made a big impact for us already and hope that it continues. As alway's...... GO BEARS!!!! By the way, nice ring COWBOY! Z-MAN to post a picture in the RZ you had to use <url>,in this you use to post. I hope this help's and sorry it took so long for me to reply.

Just wanted to welcome mmosely aka Bearsfan1 over to paradice. Good to have you back. The Beef told us you had been busy moving. Here's where it turns sour. After that nice welcome, I have to wish bad, bad luck upon your Bears for the coming week.

Next year is going to be a tough year in the NFC North. The Bears are much better than their record, the Lions still have an immense wealth of talent and a great coach to put it together, Brett Favre can seem to make any group of players good, and the Vikings are doing extremely well with a young group of guys.

I would be surprised if the Superbowl next year doesn't include an NFC North team.

I just read that if grossman goes 3-0 to start his career he will be first qb since 1969 to accomplish that feat
