The Cleveland Indians found out Tuesday that star third baseman Jose Ramirez will miss the rest of the regular season because of a wrist injury. They couldn't have picked a better place to get the news. Hours after the team announced Ramirez had undergone surgery, the Indians did what they've done for the past three seasons -- beat up on the Detroit Tigers.
