<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">As he prepares to face his former team for the first time since being traded tonight at the Fleet Center, he's not holding his tongue anymore. Davis took a swipe at the Cavaliers from all angles Thursday, ripping coach Paul Silas' system and general manager Jim Paxson, who traded him. ``I'm glad to be out of that black hole,'' Davis said after practice. ``It's terrible. (There's) no system. The organization is bad, the town (is bad), the GM (is bad), everything (is bad). It is good to be in a winning organization with a system that knows what's going on.'' Davis has had a reduced role with the Celtics, coming off the bench as the team's sixth man while seeing his point production and minutes dip. The Cavaliers said they're expecting to get Davis' best in a revenge effort tonight. ``Every team I was traded from, I'd want to beat the (heck) out of them when I saw them again,'' Silas said after his team worked out at UMass-Boston. ``When I was traded from the (St. Louis) Hawks to Phoenix, I was a 68 percent free-throw shooter. When we played, I made 17 straight free throws and we whipped them.'' </div> Full Story My advice to Ricky D is Shut up,If you are so happy that you are no longer with the Cavs franchise why act so childish by ripping into the Gm,players and coaches? Let it go...Move on.
This had to be expected though. Problem is we gave him chance after chance, I defended him the last 2 years until I just got sick of it. Ricky was a cancer, end of story. I would not be shocked if him and LeBron have a little physical play. Just too bad because James is 240 lbs while Ricky is 195. Don't go there for your health kiddo.
I think his additude shows how a selfish player he is ... He wants to hide it in Boston 'cause he's playing next to Pierce and doesn't have a chance to be the first option but in the begin of the season he wanted to 'dethrone' James as the leader of the team... When that didn't work he demanded a trade and know he's bashing them 'cause he's probably jealous 'bout James' success...
Yes I guess it should of been expected, but he has already bashed the Cavs franchise once since the trade. It is one thing bashing the franchise but the GM,players the coach and the CITY? very immature.
I read a simular artical this morning in the paper. Good to see Ricky D being happy as the 6th man. BTW i hope LeBron dunks on him tonight. Or the other way around wouldn't be bad either.
he should've kept his mouth shut ! Did Ricky say any thing puplicly that indicates that he's jealouse or doesn't like Bron ?

Sad article to read, I never knew he was like that. Poor James, must be real taxing on him, I just hope this doesn't became a fad or some sort of dispute between Ricky and the Cavaliers. What an selfish sport.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting DajuanWagner#2:</div><div class="quote_post">this article just prove one thing! Ricky Davis smokes alot of weed!</div> I think you need to smoke some weed to relax a bit.
Sunday's Akron Paper (I think) maybe Cleveland's.. but they said Ricky said something disgusting & personal about Gordan Gund. BUT the Reporter just looked at him and said Interview Over and didn't even print it. :thumbsdow I am happy with our team now without JR Rider..ooops I mean Ricky Davis. Go Cavs!
