    dont see this happening, Pierce and Davis are really good friends, and from what i heard it was Pierce who was the main advocate in the trade

    Why trade Davis now? His play in Boston has been consistent so far. I don't see why the Celtics would want to trade him.

    I can see more trades happening before All Star game, for sure. This team isn't ready for the playoffs at all, although in the big Eastern conference crapshoot everybody has a chance. Davis going, though, is unlikely.
