I'm not sure if any Dolphin fans care but Ricky is making slow progress in the CFL. I watched him yesterday and he picked up only 6 yards on 9 carries. IMO give him a few more weeks and he'll be dominating. The other problem is a runingback doesn't make a running game. The line he's running behind is worth about as much as 5 overgrown pylons. At least he can look on the bright side, they're a lot more leniant on smoking grass in Canada so he'll always have his friend to console him

I have been keeping up somewhat.

RW gave up marijuana. At least, that yoga school in Cali was good for something.

I'd still like to know what substance he was banned for using.

I never did hear for sure either I just thought it was marijuana again. Do the Dolphins fans want him back next year or is it time to let go

It is mixed among Dolphins fans on whether RW should play as a 'phin on 2k8. I wouldn't mind it.

Having Kay-Jay Harris & Gerald Riggs, Jr as R Brown's backup does not make Ricky's return a priority.

I heard the substance in question was amphetamines or a similar supplement.

    <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Packersfan)</div><div class='quotemain'>Ricky broke his arm and is out indefinately.</div>
I was watching the game and saw it happen. He was using his arm to keep himself fully off the turf when he was gang tackled.

It could be worse, it could be an ACL and the phins could have been relying on him for 2007.

Thats true, but this will definately slow his return to the NFL.

After watching Ricky this year I'm starting to doubt his return to the pros. That was even before this injury

The Dolphins were afraid of this, but at least they have Ronnie Brown.

Not really, a broken arm will heal faster than an ACL. Ricky will be better before Training Camp starts next season.

I may have already pointed this out but Ricky's return is not a necessity. Granted, some think the depth @ RB is an issue. Having Kay-Jay Harris & Gerald Riggs, Jr step up will help. Travis Minor and Sammy Morris aren't great

Those 4 and perhaps Marcus Vick IMO will be decent enough fill ins should Brown be out for a period of time.

Sammy Morris is a decent back though, he impressed me a couple of years back when he was plunged into a starters role.
