Hahahha. That's laughable. None of those things have to do with each other. Good idea buddy. Let's ban all movies, let kids get spanked in school when they do bad stuff, Make a bunch of Muslims, Jews, and Aetheists say christian prayers, let girls raped by their fathers have to tell the very person that raped them that they are getting an abortion, Let's take away all condoms so that people are getting STD's and getting pregnant left and right. Boys will be boys and they will bang chicks anyways, condom or not..... this is just stupid.

No one was making kids say Christian prayers (at least not in the 90's, maybe back in the day, but not recently). What was objected to was a "moment of silence" every morning as a few atheists felt that while religious people were given time to reflect on, they were being left out of "prayer time" since they prayed to no one. A moment of silence doesn't say "pray to a Christian God" it doesn't even say to pray to any God. I wasn't religious when I was in school, and I always used the moment of silence to think about what I needed to do for the day.
I don't really know where to start to rip how ridiculous this video is. PPE makes most of the obvious points actually.I think the reason society is where it is today is because people having become more individualistic and less afraid of power. Society has become more accepting and now touches on all topics.Back in the day, prayers were short passages from Bibles (according to my neighbor). It wasn't anything like "ACCEPT JESUS AS YOUR SAVIOR" so honestly I wouldn't care if it was implemented now. It's not like I'd say it and mean it or that I'd care to say it. I'm one of the few people in my homeroom that stand for the pledge these days. Do I do it cause I mean it or cause it's just what I should be doing? I do it cause I should.I just don't get how people can make everything into political/social (or whatever this is) statements...
