Who the heck says anti-clockwise?
open it in mozilla firefox and she spins faster.

LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS uses logic detail oriented facts rule words and language present and past math and science can comprehend knowing acknowledges order/pattern perception knows object name reality based forms strategies practical safe RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS uses feeling "big picture" oriented imagination rules symbols and images present and future philosophy & religion can "get it" (i.e. meaning) believes appreciates spatial perception knows object function fantasy based presents possibilities impetuous risk taking

It started counterclockwise for me, I got her to switch after 30 seconds or so, I got her to switch back after another 30 seconds or so.
I can't explain how.
If I don't look at it for a little while, she resets to counterclokwise, but I can get her to switch right away.
I focus on her foot. It seems to be quicker. Like 10 seconds per switch.

It's a new day and I still can't see it! The right side of my brain is like retarded or something.
In order to see her spinning CCW, she has to be standing on her right foot. Ican see this no problem.
In order to make her turn CW, she has to be on standing her left foot.
Hit the escape key which will freeze the image. It's the only way I can see her standing on her left foot.

I can get both on command, by thinking about making her go the other way. Takes about 15 seconds though.

QUOTE (JCB)

All I'm getting is clockwise.

Just got it to go counter-clockwise for a few seconds, but I have no idea how.

It's impossible for me to see it CW. I wish I used more of my right brain, I remember my art teacher laughed when she saw me drawing my final portrait.

I'm calling shenanigans. When it gets all teh way around you see it skips a little. I watched for like five minute...was going clockwise, with that little skip inbetween. Then it skipped one last time and starting going the other way...and then it went back to going clockwise after another little skip.

A lot. And I can see it.

I agree with TMac. Seems like a trick.

There's no trick from what I can tell. It's just a standard animated gif with 34 layers. (The layers indicate she's turning clockwise, FWIW, standing on her left foot.)

It started off counter-clockwise for me and then when I was reading the characteristics at the side, I took another look and it was going clockwise. Hasn't changed back since.

I was looking at her foot and it would spin clockwise and then the whole thing would jump a little when it got to 9 o'clock. And then it would switch to going counter clockwise, still jumping a little at 9 o'clock, and then on one of the jumps, start going back clockwise. I'm going to count rotations later and see, haha.

YEA! I did it, finally. I made her go the other way, then I blinked, it changed back. I can make her go both ways, like mynets said if I think about it. You just gotta think about her going the other way, and she will.

hahah now its working, just look to the left, and start reading the functions and she changes, lol
