    Great writer.....I read all her earlier stuff...I always liked classic horror and she was a master at vampire storytelling.....RIP

    Interview with a vampire was one of a long string of vampire chronicles that were strung together by characters and events...it was really quite an ambitious series she put together that spanned decades....she had great writing chops. I just donated a half dozen of those novels to the local library but kept a few of the great ones.
