    Former Blazers assistant coach during the championship run, Jack McKinney passed away. He would have had a great career as a head coach if he hadn’t suffered a serious head injury while biking. RIP.

    I gotta say, it's staggering how many people I see riding bikes and scooters and other such transportation without a helmet.

    Especially scooters. Ever since their advent on Portland streets, I have yet to see someone riding a "Bird" scooter while wearing a helmet.
