I think he's one of the most underrated players in the league and this just shows how much he's about winning. I don't think he should come off the bench at all, but he'll play a Manu type roll. You gotta have respect for a guy like Rip. The guy has 1 championships and all he knows is winning. To embrace coming off the bench because that's what's good for the team, is a real showing of leadership from Rip.

^ two championships? Last time I checked it was one, unless your talking about college which I'm not even sure if he won. I tihnk for the better of the team Iverson should come off the bench because he'd thrive against other teams bench and he's a better spark then Rip

totally. Stuckey just doesn't set Rip up like Billups used to so pairing them together wouldn't be wise. However with AI and stuckey constantly attacking and dishing, between those two players your probably looking at 44 pts, 12 assts, and 8 rbs from your starting backcourt. Rip comes in at the 2 or 3 and hits his open jumpers off screens or drive and kicks. First smart thing Currey has done since becoming the coach.

all he needs to do is hit his jumpers, and play within the offense like he's used to.
