Yep... You should watch the video. They think Lillard will score 35 that game.

 

If they don't double him every second he has the ball, he'll score 40.

 

Chuck's defense on passing on Irving and Lillard "Well one of those will have to play 2". Newsflash Chuck; they can both play very well without the ball. It's going to be a massacre with both on the floor.

My main hope is we don't see a whole bunch of Lillard to Drummond ally-oops to drool over and think what might have been (not sure how, but theoretically possible).

 

Can't possibly be worse than watching Faried cause a steal with stellar defense and run down the court to make a monster dunk! (Last night) All for $1.3M a year.

Right! Especially after Irving walked away with it last year. Perhaps the assumption is that he won't go all out because he's in the real thing.

That's what I was thinking. I'm sure they where told they would have to limit Irving's minutes.

 

Yeah, he quite easily manhandled Damian when they played. =\

 

I hope they let Dame play the point and Irving the 2. I don't mind seeing Dame hitting a bunch of threes, but I'd rather see him penetrate and dish to the other guys--maybe racking up 15 dimes.
