@ Detroit (5-2 home) @ NY Knicks (6-3 home) @ Washington (2-6 home) second game of back to back @ Boston (9-1 home) @ Toronto (4-4 home) The only game that looks like it should be fairly easy is @ Washington, but that one may be hard just because it in the middle of a long road trip and 2nd of a back to back. On the other hand, the only one that looks to be a near impossible feat is @ Boston. Detroit and NY should also be quite hard. If the Blazers can 3-2, I will be very happy. I predict 2-3.
I'd be satisfied with 2-3, but I think 3-2 is definitely doable, and that would make me very happy. We're obviously good at home, I'd like to see some improvement on the road.
I am PRAYING for 3-2!!!! NY and Was are absolute MUSTS on a roady like this..gotta steal one we're not supposed too, like we did against Orlando. I'd really like to beat Toronto for a change at their place, but damn we always play them on Sunday morning at 9 our time.
I think Knicks, Wiz and Raps are almost locks, the way we're playing. chance at stealing 1 of the two others. 3-2 probable, 4-1 doable. I'd feel much better about playing Boston if we didn't act like vajayjays every time we played Garnett. He punks us. Hard. I don't think Oden's confident enough to get in anyone's face (though with Rudy and Joel having confidence, it helps). Someone needs to lay an elbow in someone's chest early.
4-1. Loss at Boston. I feel Detroit is completely winnable. Although we might lose at Toronto due to fatigue.
@ Detroit W @ NY Knicks W @ Washington W @ Boston L @ Toronto W 4-1. If Detroit hadn't dealt Billups for Iverson, I'd predict 3-2.
Going 3-2 is definitely doable on this trip if we can continue to play like we have been. We've had some success lately in Detroit, in Washington and in NY in recent years. But man, I'd love to take Boston down to the wire and have a chance to squeak one out there, and have LaMarcus/Greg/Joel shut KG up for once.
Thats what I'm hoping for, but we might struggle in Detroit. I'll be happy with a three win trip. Four wins, I'll be ecstatic.
I'd be happy with 3 wins too. I just think the team is playing extremely well, and Detroit is a worse team with Iverson.
@ Detroit L @ NY Knicks L @ Washington W @ Boston L @ Toronto W I wish I could say otherwise. I think the Knicks are going to blow the doors off of us (their offense has looked decent of late), and KG will intimidate this young team. If we win in Detroit, though, things might look a little different.
