The Chicago Bulls are on a seven game road trip in which they will be playing seven games in thirteen nights. So it’s only fitting we have a thread to predict how well they will do on this road trip. They have already dropped the first two contests, despite a strong run late in both games the Bulls just fell a few points short. Road Trip Tue 31 @ Dallas <font color=""Red""> L 94 - 98 Wed 1 @ NO/Okla. City <font color=""Red"">L 95 - 100 Sat 4 @ Phoenix Mon 6 @ Utah Wed 8 @ Denver Thu 9 @ Sacramento Sun 12 @ L.A. Clippers My Prediction: 3-4 We have put ourselves in a whole early on this trip. We dropped a winnable game to the Hornets last night, and a game we had all the momentum in, late, against the Dallas Mavericks. Everyone knows that the road trips in the NBA are really hard on the players, with the constant change in time zone, and having to stay in hotels, etc. A lot of times the simple fatigue of travel causes the team to lose games they would normally win. In my opinion if we play well we can win three out of the next four games with the only lose coming against the Suns. Overall I see a 3-4 road trip though with the losses coming against the Mavericks, Hornets, Suns, and Clippers. If we can some how pull off an upset in Phoenix it might provide the team with a lift that could send them on a winning streak for the rest of the road trip. Right now it looks like a tough road we might possibly go 0-7 if we don’t show up to play.
I can it us winning out, but I dont think it will happen. But if we play well we can beat Sacto, Utah and can beat Denver and the Clippers on a good night. Phoenix is possible if we play well on defense... I think 3 win and 4 losses is reasonable.
