Spurs were laughed off the other week when attempts at signing Robinho from Real Madrid were thrashed from our dreams. the only annoying thing is that Real Madrid accepted our offer but it was Robinho who in turn quoted, 'Reports that I'd move to Tottenham are wide of the mark, If I had to leave Real, I'd choose to join another a big club. I don't regard Tottenham Hotspur as a big club' cheeky bugger! he isnt happy though, and threatening to leave in the summer and Tottenham are reportedly monitoring the situation. It's finally good to see a manager going for the high class players in transfer windows.
