Game 5 The original Twin Towers (Sampson/Olajuwon) were amazing. I say that they were more dominating than Duncan/Robinson were. I am glad that I caught this game as it just reminded me of their awesome play. The Rockets took this series dominating the Lakers, but lost to Larry Bird and the Celtics in the Finals. Too bad Sampson had those injury problems, or maybe that Rocket team may have been able to take a title away from the Lakers, Celtics, or Pistons. Any of you older NBA fans here have anything to say about this series or the original Twin Towers? I'll say that shot that I will see Sampson hit later to win the game was one of the craziest game winning shots I ever seen. Olajuwon (Akeem at that time) scored 30 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and blocked four shots before being ejected in the fourth quarter for fighting - you got to love playoff basketball. Sampson knew he had to take charge, and that shot was the biggest basket in his career.
