Though I do admit the officiating in this game was terrible, so was the play of the Rockets (outside of Yao and Tracy). Alston is back to his usual airballs and bricks, (he only seemsto play with a sense of urgency when he realizes Francis is vying for his job, but since Steve was injured tonight...)Shane is missing everything, James looks like he's asleep on the court, and everybody else is...everybody else.</p> </p> Oy...</p>
as you said the refs suck, but that is no excuse when playing crapramento...........why does adleman put in Rafer at the end????....Tmac is going off so it's obvious you need guys who can hit the open shot....that would be James, Head, etc....not Sir Brick A Lot........................this team is just pissing me off on every level right now...........</p>

It was the defense that did them in. And Adelman is more confident in Rafer for defense than Mike James or Luther Head.</p> </p> </p>
but at that point we were down by 8 or so.....stops are important, but putting the ball in the basket is important also....Rafers defense doesn't come close to making up for his ineptness on the offensive end in that situation.......Alston should never be in down the stretch unless the rockets have the lead....</p>
