Great news. Hayes did a great job playing on that 10-Day Contract. He deserved it.

Congrats to Chuck Hayes. Now let's hope JVG gives him the minutes he deserves -- at least 20+ a night.

I honestly think that when Yao comes back and is at full strength, we should consider starting Hayes. I think he'd be a better fit with McGrady and Yao on the court then Howard or Swift -- much like Chucky Brown back in the day with Hakeem and Drexler. But he's better than Chucky Brown.

Well-deserved...I love his hustle and intelligence...he's one of our smarter players and I like how he finishes so closely around the basket...he just has a nose for the ball and that cant be taught....hopefully he has a long career as a Rocket...

I totally agree. With two scoring machine like Yao and T-Mac, what we need more is defense and rebounds, things that both Swift and Howard cannot give to Rox.

Our little Dennis Rodman has a future, just give him a chance (unfortunately we have JVG as coach...). Good Luck Chucky!

congrats chuck, i like juwan's midrange but his lacklustre defense annoys me from time to time. When chuck develop some sort of offensive game he could start before juwan and stromile. stromile still needs to learn how to play D.
