Rockets win, 103-94. Yao with an amazing game. T-Mac took the backseat in this one. The team basically just rode Yao...33 points, 15 boards, and 7 blocks!
T-Mac REALLY pissed me off this game. He jogged on every play, drove it to basket 3x (fouled twice, goaltend on other) and everything else was jumpshots, not looking for his shot at ALL, and was mentally taken out of the game by Quentin Richardson. His play was disagraceful tonight.Yao was a BEAST. Something like 32/15/7 on fantastic shooting. Rafer needs to be traded, he pushes it too much for a team that needs to be in a set offense to get T-Mac and Yao involved. Head was great. Battier was great. Whole team played well.
T-Mac's only highlight was the incredible fadeaway three at the end of the half.If you think that ClutchFans is bad about T-Mac, then read this thread. I can't believe this guy.
^^Wow...You just proved me wrong there.I didn't get to watch this game nor follow it. But judging by stats and what Nitro said...I'd be pretty pissed also.
Tmac better start playing well cause if he doesn't the rockets dont stand a chance. Hes really starting to piss me off, im starting to loose a lot of respect for him, hes capable of achieving great things, but nowadays hes scared and wont do the things hes capable of doing. Yao was great last night, but he wont always play that way, and unliek that fag in that yao forum I know TMAC is the rockets MVP and without him they can not do sh*t
Without T-Mac Yao would be double and triple teamed, and I don't think the role players could step up. They would lose all that attention Mac brings. Hell, yesterday vs Knicks, the Knicks were doubling Mac and leaving Yao in single coverage. That is how much respect other teams have for him. Without his great playmaking and attention, this team would fail. Just with that presence they are 4-2, despite his horrible shooting among other questionable play. With his scoring back and offense flowing more through him than Rafer, this team is a title contender.
