The Cavs are not sold on Dajuan Wagner by any stretch of the imagination and picking Gordon here would give Lebron James a nice backcourt running-mate as well as solidifying the Cleveland backcourt for the next decade. Besides that, Cleveland is ready to win now and Gordon can help. Both Gordon and James can play either guard spot, which would allow the Cavilers to take advantage of mismatches anytime both players are on the floor. Gordon is a scoring machine. His great range and shooting touch really allows him to take advantage of his tremendous strength (he can reportedly bench over 300 pounds) and astounding vertical leap when he takes the ball to the rack. He tends to dominate the ball more than he should but rarely forces shots, choosing instead to pick up his dribble if he gets himself into trouble. He also rebounds well for his size and thrives in the clutch. During crunch time it was often Ben Gordon and not Emeka Okafur taking over the game for Uconn. He is an ?ok? defender who is not particularly talented or fundamentally sound defensively, but he makes up for it some with athletic ability and desire (which give him the potential to improve notably here).</div> Read The Rest From The Exclusives Forum
