OVERVIEW: A scoring machine, Stuckey already ranks fourth in scoring in school history with 1,438 points in just two seasons. In 59 career games, he has scored at least 20 points 41 times and 30 points on 15 occasions, including a season-high 36 against Portland State as a sophomore. Stuckey was named Big Sky Player of the Year as a freshman and introduced himself to conference play by scoring a school-record 45 points in his very first league game. Struggles from 3-point range - .317 for career - but an outstanding free-throw shooter (.806) and solid defender with 137 steals in two seasons.

    LIKELY DRAFT POSITION: 13-23

    COMPARATIVE UPSIDE: Mitch Richmond

    COMPARATIVE DOWNSIDE: Jamal Crawford

ROLE PROJECTION: Combo guard who leans toward scoring. Will play significant minutes as a rookie.

POSITIVES: Stuckey is a tough man to cover off the dribble. He has quickness, strength and a good first step. He has a scoring mentality and improved measurably as a free-throw shooter as a sophomore, all the way to 85 percent. Stuckey also has the ability to make the pass, but this talent was restrained because his team needed him to score, which he did. Unlike most rookies, he won't be a liability on defense, where he has a stout work ethic and good hands for steals.
