Lewis and Davis need a chance as well. I hope Roberts opts for surgery b/c it sounds like he is in a ton of pain, and I wouldn't want him to have to deal with something like that for too long.
Roberts probably needs surgery "Rehab time is expected to take months, rather than weeks." He's fine as long as he's on the bench. Teach the kids how to steal a base or something. The rebuilding team now has two young players getting time (at least until Vizquel returns, then back down to one).
