I'd love to use my season tickets, but I'll be in Colorado. Luckily my friends will be there rooting for me.
Yeah - the out-of-staters have a good excuse. But there's no reason we shouldn't pack the place for the first opportunity to see Greg, Rudy, Bayless, etc. -Pop
Can't, unpaid intern, have no money, have no friends willing to help with tickets. Have no cable either. I will be rooting in spirit.
Call the Blazers ticket office. Tell them you work for Free Geek, a non-profit group. Tell them you'd love to attend the game (along with some of your FG friends), but don't have any money. Ask them if they'd be willing to donate a few preseason tickets. For the pre-season they're pretty flexible.
Lucky guys. I'll only be in town for the 12th, so I grabbed Utah tickets. Here's top hoping Brandon and Greg play! Not that I'd complain about extra Rudy playing time...
That's pretty much what I figured too. I won't mind since Rudy will get lots of time and I'd enjoy seeing him play. I'm hopeful Brandon's ahead of schedule and might play limited time though.
My man, I want a promise from you that you'll at least hit the Knicks, Nets and Sixers games this year. C'mon, if you're in the NYC area when they're playing, it's the least you can do.
Oooh, related question. My last trip to NY included a Rangers/Islanders game at MSG, and it was loads of fun (learned lots of new swear words at that one!). I'll be in NYC during this preseason... is it worth catching a Knicks game at MSG these days? Especially in preseason?
I looked at the schedule. I think the nets and sixers games are back to back sometime in January which is a bit rough. If I'm in the city I am absolutely going to the Knicks game DEC 2nd.
I'm thinking about camping in the Garden Garage starting this Sunday so I won't have to sit in traffic on my way to the game.
