I've seen him play many times and I like him more than Nasri. Excellent signing by Roma. Im a bit shocked that no Super club tried to get him.
Good for Menez, good for Roma. Also, good for Freddy Adu. He might be moving into Menez's position at Monaco.
Ehh personally I would not consider them a Super club. But they are a good club for sure & they will be fighting for the schudetto during this season. I also liked that they signed " La bestia" batista from Real Madrid.
I personally agree with the media for this one. Roma have made great strides in finances and player transfers. They've spent a lot and yet are very rich. I believe they are one of the two highest ranked clubs in television rights. That's got to be a super club. The trophies aren't going to pour in, but they will contend heavily in all competitions that for sure.
7-1 it really knocked them down in standing, as that was there most humiliating defeat in a long long time. But they seem to have picked themselves up and are making steady progress.
