While a substantial amount of the media and fans are demanding that Parcells start Drew Henson this week, he has actually moved down the chart to #3. The Tuna has decided that the Eagles D, and their blitz package, would not qualify as "good experience" for Henson.

Tony Romo, an undrafted free agent last year out of Eastern Illinois who will enter his final year of exclusive rights free agency in 2005, has moved to #2. I've mentioned it before in some other posts, but I think Dallas is quietly optimistic about this kid. He has shown some flashes in practice and preseason of a decent quarterback. I have no reason to believe that he is the next Aikman for this franchise, but I believe the jury is still out on him. I don't think he is ready to sit back and let anyone annoit Henson either.

As far as the Eagles game is concerned, Romo has played more football in the last four years than Henson has, so it doesn't surprise me that he would be a backup for this game.

If for some reason, Dallas knocks off Philly (don't bet a penny on that), Vinny will continue to be the starter until they lose. However, with all the ifs surrounding this position, it will be interesting to see what Bill does after the first half on Sunday. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Vinny's last game to start.
