They are definitely giving him the bird. What else would one raise one's arms for? Especially the ones with the Vick jerseys on.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The Falcons (5-6) heard loud boos following their fourth straight loss. Vick said that as he walked off the Georgia Dome field he heard an especially disturbing insult from a male fan."He just said certain things I won't say in front of this camera," Vick said at a news conference. "It was very inappropriate. I was down, upset, frustrated. I just did one thing I've never done through all the games I've ever lost, no matter how frustrated I've been after a game. I don't know where it came from, but the people who know me know that's not me and that's not my character."</div>http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2677679I'm sure they were waving hi all nice and friendly [IMG]

    Re: Ron Mexico strikes again!

They have the right to boo. They pretty much have their RB throwing passes. And they're losing.. they pay good money to go out and watch their team perform well, and win.. it doesn't always happen, so they get disappointed. But a lot of their money helps pay Mike Vick's contract.. and he's nice enough to flip them the bird for that.

Hey man, they are the ones paying the money to root for a team that has a throwing halfback... what should they expect after 4 quarters other than a lot of rush yards?

He's still a professional athlete and is supposed to be above that. It's inexcuseable even if they flip him off, boo him, whatever.

    Re: Ron Mexico strikes again!

I'm thinking they flipped it in return after he had done it to show he was not approving of the booing and yelling, probably obscene things, at him. It is not appropriate in the fans case, but the fact that the player did it is even worse. Thinking of all the kids that looked or look up to Vick as a role model, now get to see the middle finger pointed at their support.

Maybe the Falcons ought to convert him to RB and look to draft a real QB
