According to reports from various Spanish newspapers, Barcelona favourite Ronaldinho is destined for the Premiership with his ideal destination as 2005 Champions League winners Liverpool. He is set to be the first signing under the new Anfield era of George Gillet and Tom Hicks with a reported fee thought to be around ?50million. Ronaldinho is understood to be disillusioned at the club after his recent bust-up with team-mate Samuel Eto'o. These reports come just before the two teams meet in the first knockout stage of this year's Champions League and Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez has already stated his desire to bring the Brazilian to the club.
