Former Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown has agreed to a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles, the team announced Tuesday. Since being taken by Miami with the second pick in the 2005 draft, the 29-year-old Brown has had a hard time staying healthy, playing all 16 games just twice.
