Full Story Link <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Koren Robinson caught only a few passes from Tarvaris Jackson during the first two days of the Vikings minicamp, but that was enough to make an impression on the veteran receiver. Not to mention leave one on his hands."He has a really strong arm. He has a gun," Robinson said. "I like him. He's really impressive. I'm impressed with his demeanor. I'm impressed with his knowledge of the offense."</div><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>"I was in Eli Manning's first minicamp in New York, and I would say Tarvaris is 10 times beyond where Eli was," Hoag said after Sunday's workouts. "And that's being completely honest. I did have the experience of working with him during the [NFL] combine time in Florida. We both worked out with Tom Shaw, and I came back when I re-signed [with the Vikings] and told the coaches I thought [Jackson] was better than [first-round pick] Jay Cutler."</div>Good to hear. Hopefully in a couple years he will be ready to take over the offensive and will be a solid starter.

He could be your next Culpepper; he's mobile & big n' strong. Only difference is this guy wasn't a first round pick like Daunte... he played Division 2.

I had Jackson as one of my sleeper picks in the draft. He has the tools but needs the reps.

The o-line is a lot better now. Our o-line starters areMckinnie--Hutchinson--Birk--Hicks--JohnsonOther than Johnson who needs to get his act together, thats pretty sick IMO.

Yeah the Vikings definitely have definitely upped their O-line from the past, whoever is at QB is going to get a lot better protection now.

He's gonna be good that's for sure. Better then Jay or Eli? I don't think so but he could be a top QB after siting behind Brad for 2 years. His footwork realy sucks but that's basicly his only downside.
