We're in 2nd position. We had a great start to the season. I have purchased Van Der Vaart, Quaresma, and Akinfeev, but I had to sell Van Persie, and Akinfeev (a few others too). Van Persie was unsettled because Inter expressed interest, and VP got pissed that I said "Hands off". I said fuck it, and let him go for 17M. I've strengthened my youth squad drastically. I've bought some very young prospects (some are only 14!). Henri Saivet is one of them. Adebayor is having a great season, along with Vaart, Fabregas, Toure, and Rosicky. I thrashed City at the start, and lost 3-1 to Chelsea. A few games back I beat Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield.

    I play a 2-2-3-1-2.

It's pretty much a back four, but Clichy and Sagna are pushed up as Sweepers to use their great crossing, and speed abilities. When I'm playing a strong team, I use a 4-1-3-1-1. Four defenders, one holding midfielder (Flamini or Denilson), three normal midfields (Fabregas, Rosicky, and Quaresma), and an attacking midfield who plays off of Adebayor (Vaart), and a lone striker (Adebayor for the height). It has been working wonderfully. I held a very competitive Werder Bremen at their stadium 2-1 using that tactic.

I'll probably post a thread about it later.
