Buffalo Bills receiver and kick return specialist Roscoe Parrish will be out for the rest of the 2011 season after suffering an injury to his left ankle Sunday against the Oakland Raiders. The Bills were holding out hope that Parrish could return at some point this season but tests revealed on Tuesday that Parrish would not be able to return.
