Texas Rangers pitcher Roy Oswalt and manager Ron Washington said the veteran right-hander is expected to make his next start after receiving an anti-inflammatory injection in his back. Oswalt said he plans on throwing a bullpen session on Friday and then taking the ball Sunday against the Chicago White Sox. The veteran said the shot, administered Monday by Dr. Mike McCann in Houston, was designed to help him with inflammation around the facet joint in his lower back. He's seen McCann for four or five years and said he's received injections from time to time to help with back issues.
