In Alex Smith's first NFL start, it was a rude awakening for him. He went 9/23 for 74 yards, 0 TD's and 4 INT's in a 28-3 loss to the Colts. I think this will definitely rattle his confidence. I don't think this is what he visioned his first start in the NFL to be like.
