Whenever Jackson leaves L.A. I think he will be replaced by Byron Scott, especially if Kobe stays. I've heard they have a good relationship.

If or when PJ leaves the Lakers, there will be several candidates applying for the job. I'm sure it will be a short list and I imagine Byron Scott will be on there, and possibly Jim O-Brien if he's available. You might also here Doc Rivers or Mike Fratello's name tossed in there as well.
I think Pat Riley might be tempted to return. Rudy Tomjanovich might be interested in coaching LA but will the Lakers management want to accept him with a lot of great coaches looking for new jobs?
