Yes, most definitely. I've always liked Rudy T a lot, and I think he would be a very good coach for Kobe. I think he would do an even better job with Kobe and Shaq than Phil did, because he can see the game from both the big man's perspective as well as Kobe's. This is definitely the coach I want to see on the Lakers' bench next year.

I Actually hope Rudy T gets hired for the Gig...I Think his style is just what the Lakers need...Jackson was good, but the way i see things Rudy T would give the Players more Disipline than Jackson ever did,and if the Lakers were a little more disiplined, perhaps the Lakers would be the 2004 NBA Champions?? If the Kings were able to have Rudy T,We would have fared much better, but hopefully Rudy T Can get a chance to show that he's still " The Man" [IMG]

Rudy needs to get back to coaching, and in LA, he wont have to wait more development and maturity, hes got Payton, and Bryant right there. Plus, he was a greadt trade sealer, one of the bigger reasons we got Drexler.. He's great with the players, kept Pippen in houston for a full year (lol.) and controlled Barkley, so hes good at handling egos. If Shaq stays (doubtful) the Lakers will do better with Rudy T as their coach.
