I've suspected this for some time.
    Now they are admitting it.
Like Batum, he was allowed to play with this injury and it has gotten worse.

Boy, Quick's whininess never ceases to amaze. I like the "pseudo-comeback" comment, and the "The team did not disclose information from either of his doctor's appointments" comment, like it's evidence of a sinister cabal. What a dipshit.

Anyone who's had back problems knows they come and go. Rudy needs to swim more and he'll probably be fine.

Oh: and can we make it a forum rule that if you're quoting from an article by ANY of the following, that you have to make that clear in advance?

Quick, Canzano, Jaynes, Wojo-whatsisname (the Yahoo yahoo).

That way those of us with sanities still somewhat intact don't have to put them at risk.

That is fucking ridiculous. You can have a hardon for Quick if you want, that is your business. But he is the Oregonian reporter assigned to the team....and often their designated mouthpiece. As such, he is going to be quoted here and elsewhere. Get used to it.

Good, negative article by Quick, offsetting the usual sugarcoated excuses from Doughboy Aldridge.

No, but in 45 minutes, it's really not all that dominant.

Just cause he got 13 rebounds doesn't mean he was a good rebounder. If you actually watch HIM when there is a rebound to be had, I'm sure you'll agree.

Also, he pads his stats after the game has been decided.
