Since some of the rules have been discussed and to end the confusion:

    1. We're going to start the Mock draft at 12:00 am est on March 6th, a "Master List" made for the 1st rd before the draft. Any trades before the draft will be appiled to the master list.
    2. Since we don't have fans from every team, starting Feb. 1st second teams will be given out.
    3. Once a player is picked that player can not be taken again.
    4. First round you have 24 hrs. to get your pick in. If a team fails to make their selection in the 24 hrs., the team that is scheduled to select next may move ahead of the "tardy" team by turning in their draft pick first. The "tardy" team can enter a pick anytime after. Example: Pack Attack makes his selection at 3pm on March 6th, Bleedblk&gld has until 3pm on March 7th to make his pick, if it's past 3pm on the 7th, I can pick for the Titans at anytime after 3pm. But Bleedblk&gld can still pick whenever.
5 If the situation explained above happens, which I hope doesn't happen but I could understand why, if 2 people pick the same player whoever post is first will get that player.
    6. 2nd round will be 12 hrs to pick, if you miss your pick someone else can pick for that team
    7. If we get to a 3rd round, you have 8hrs to pick, if you miss your pick someone else can pick for that team
    8. All people involved in a trade must confirm the trade. There is already a topic for trades, use it to trade picks and players or pm people and announces trades here.

    9. The trades that happen during the draft, will be posted in the round that trade happens.
    10. So there isn't any confusion about who has and who hasn't been picked you have to announce who you pick the by Name, position and what college the player is from. Example: Reggie Bush, RB, from USC
    11. Another thing you have to do is keep a running list of who has been taken and by what team, and you have to show what team is next.

If there is still confusions about the rules or if there is any suggestions for more or changes to the rules, please discuss it in this topic.
