Last week after the Raiders loss at Denver I had a lot of people come to me saying the Raiders got "jobbed" they got "ripped off", etc.
I found myself in the distasteful position of having to defend what the Broncos did. It was legit. It was within the rules. It's what I would have done.
Now, one day after the Raiders do the same exact thing to Cleveland, I'm hearing how that's "chicken s**t"! One guy on ESPN even said it was a "weasley" thing to do!
Here's my question...How can it be that it's only "weasley" if the Raiders do it ? Last week Shannahan was a genius and today Kiffin is a "weasel" ???

Its not within the spirit of the rule design, but its within the rules and therefore I appluad the coachs that have exploited it....I would do it every time....that being said, enjoy it while it lasts, because they will amend that rule during the offseason, perhaps putting a time limit on when a timeout can be called on FG attempts....
