<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The New Jersey Nets are seriously shopping All-Star forward Vince Carter, with the most recent offer, reported Saturday, going to the Utah Jazz for forward Andrei Kirilenko. The Nets have also offered Carter to the Seattle SuperSonics for guard Ray Allen and to Memphis for center Pau Gasol."I don't care," Carter said of the trade talk. "I'm content with myself and my game and what I bring to the table. If it happens, it happens, if it doesn't, it doesn't."</div>http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/rumors;_ylt=Ak...zjfcfKSDp68vLYF

Well I could only see one of the trades that would work out really good for the Nets. If they could somehow get Pau Gasol they would greatly improve from their current center Mikki Moore but at the same time they would be losing one of the best guards in the league and they really don't have anyone to fill that void. The Jazz deal would just be absolutely horrible for them as they would be getting screwed. Kirilenko is having the worst season of his career and it is not looking like he will improve this season anytime soon. Now the trade for Ray Allen is kinda iffy I mean your getting a guy that averages 26 points but all he really does is shoot.Vince has great athletic ability to rebound and is also a very underated passer. I think the best option would be to keep Vinsanity but we will see how that goes.

Well, they are going to have to trade the guy eventually. The team that they have right now isnt working. Part of that may be due to having Nenad out, and RJ has been injured for some of the season as well.As for the trade offers that they have listed above, I HIGHLY doubt that they could get VC for Gasol straight up. The nets would either have to throw in a pick or a young talent to attract the Grizzlies. I dont think the Nets should trade for Ray Allen. The guy really isnt a winner...He is a great scorer, but the Nets wouldnt improve by having Allen their instead of VC. As for AK, I kinda like the deal for the Nets. If the Jazz could throw in a first rounder or a young player, I think this would be a great deal. If Kirilenko could get a new start on a team, where he would be able to get more shot attempts up, I think that would really help him out. He is the 4th scoring option at best on the Jazz as of right now, and that can't help his confidence.I think that we will just have to wait and see what happens with Vince. There are too many damn players that are on the trade blocks right now, that it is hard to predict what is going to happen.

LMAO sorry, but this is a joke you need talent around you to win.Anyway any of the deals that was said I would do they will lose him for nothing Ray Allen still can put up all star #'s. AK is awsome he needs a new start some were else. Pau of course all star guy.

I say if he doesn't care, trade him. Obviously he thinks that wherever he goes he will bring his talent with him and he will have a strong team. Seeing Ray Allen on the eastside would be a new and exciting thing but andre krilienko on the nets? I dont know.

I think trading him for AK would be a good deal, he would be more productive for the nets. I dont think the grizz would trade pau for vince unless they added sumthin else 2 offer along with him. as for tradin him for ray, they wouldn't improve or get worse, just stay the same.

The way Carter played last night, I dont want to even think of trading him. I dont see us making a move, and I see Carter staying or a sign and trade this summer. There is no point of trading him during the season when hes the only one scoring night in and night out for us. I wish we could keep Carter and trade Rj.
