The Phoenix Suns still run-and-gun, and do it pretty darn well ? even while star power forward Amare Stoudemire recovers from microfracture knee surgery.
The Jazz, meanwhile, still have trouble finding the holster, let alone their weapon of choice.
And Jazz coach Jerry Sloan still is flustered by it all.
So it seemed Monday night, when the Suns beat the Jazz 106-95 in front of an announced crowd of 12,869 at the Delta Center to drop Utah to 1-2 three outings into their seven-game exhibition schedule.
"They did everything they wanted to tonight," Sloan said of the Suns, which added former Jazz swingman Raja Bell to a revamped roster that still includes All-Star point guard Steve Nash and forward Shawn Marion.
"They looked in midseason form," the Jazz coach added, "and we looked like we were in the exhibition season not knowing what we were doing."</div>
