<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Lawrence, KS (U-WIRE) -- Brandon Rush, a 6-foot-6 forward, visited the University of Kansas on Sunday, but is still making up his mind on where he wants to play college basketball. The Kansas City, Mo., native has reportedly narrowed his prospective schools to Kansas and Indiana. The 13th-ranked basketball prospect from the class of 2005, according to recruiting Web site rivals.com, is thought to be the best unsigned player available. Rush could play for the Jayhawks this season if he decides to sign, as he recently removed his name from the NBA draft. However, the big obstacle could be whether he is declared academically eligible by the NCAA Clearinghouse. Rush is expected to make a decision in the next few days. </div> http://www.collegesports.com/sports/m-bask.../081805aae.html
Brandon Rush is a natural Small Forward, right? So why would he go to a school that's bringing in Julian Wright and Micah Downs; two High School All-American Small Forward's in his class? It would make much more sense for him to go to Indiana. That would give Indiana a roster that could be considered top ten material too, unlike Kansas.

Illinois and Indiana would be the frontrunners at this point. Either team would suit him good, Indiana would be one of the top teams in the Big 10 with him on board and if he goes to Illnois he gets the chance to play with one of the best point guards in the nation for a year. He better make up his mind quick though, the season is right around the corner!

He has flip-flopped many times though, so nobody can really tell what he'll do. I wonder if he'd start at Indiana. If I were Indiana and Rush was coming in, this is the starting lineup I'd put out there - C - D.J. White PF - Marco Killingsworth SF - Robert Vaden SG - Brandon Rush PG - Marshall Strickland Off the bench: Lewis Monroe, Ben Allen, A.J. Ratliff I feel like I'm forgetting someone, but that's one hell of a roster.
Indiana? Kansas? Illinois?....USC?!?!? <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Hoosiers have one scholarship remaining for the 2005-06 season and they are actively trying to secure 6-6 Brandon Rush out of Mt. Zion Christian Academy (N.C.). Rush visited Indiana last week after visiting Illinois. He visited Kansas to begin this week and it appears likely he's deciding among these three schools, with a possibility of USC, as well. Rush, a 6-6 wing from Mt. Zion Christian (N.C.) Academy, already has visited Illinois and Indiana. He apparently also had interest in Oklahoma at one time. It's still unclear if he visited USC, but the Trojans could be a player in the race to nab his services.</div> Link(ESPN Insider) Wow according to Andy Katz it looks like there is a forth team in the running for Rush. It would be a shock to me that Rush chooses anything over Indiana at this point because they are going to put the best team on the floor out of those four teams. It makes sense for him to go to USC but they still seem like a huge long shot for Rush at this point.
