Seattle Seahawks offensive tackle Russell Okung has a torn ligament in his toe and is unlikely to play this Sunday against Jacksonville, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Okung was carted off the field and taken to the locker room near the end of the first quarter of Sunday night's 29-3 win over the San Francisco 49ers.
