Georgia State's chances to be a contender in the Sun Belt took a huge step forward with the NCAA's decision Wednesday to grant Kentucky transfer Ryan Harrow immediate eligibility.

Harrow, a point guard, is at his third school in four years. He started at NC State before transferring to Kentucky, where he sat out and played last season. He transferred to Georgia State to be closer to his home in Atlanta. He sought a waiver for family reasons.
