If I were Saban, I would draft an RB (Brown preferably) just to force RW's hand. Drafting Brown @ #2 is the best scenario all the way around IMO. Were I to trade down though I'd do it w/ the one franchise that no one has mentioned until now (the Titans). Miami can pick up the 2nd rounder that Saban wants. Brown may still be available. As I mentioned, my strategy would be draft Mike Williams and get (Louisville RB) Eric Shelton in the 2nd round. Perhaps, The Center from Ole Miss who is rising up the draft board. It would not surprise me if there was an overwhelming SEC influence in the upcoming draft. For example, David Greene of Georgia in the 3rd or 4th. I'd go w/ DG before McPherson or Orton.
The Titans may be an interested trade partner....I suspect they want Antrel Rolle to replace the Rolle they lost, if they can be convinced that Rolle wont last til thier pick, they might want to trade....
