[/I]SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Mike Bibby scored 25 points, Peja Stojakovic added 24 and the Sacramento Kings held on to win for the eighth straight time in Utah, 100-93 Friday night. Stojakovic scored 13 of his points in the last five minutes, including seven straight free throws in the final 2:37 to help the Kings prevail in their first game after a franchise-record eight-game homestand. Bobby Jackson, who missed the previous game with bronchitis, added 22. Raja Bell led the Jazz with 17 points off the bench, including six in a 1:37 span of the fourth quarter to give the Jazz an 87-86 lead with 2:56 remaining. The Jazz managed only two baskets the rest of the way, however, and both came in the final 25 seconds. Andrei Kirilenko scored 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for the Jazz, while Greg Ostertag added 11 points and 12 rebounds. ADVERTISEMENT The Jazz committed 17 turnovers, while the Kings had only four. The Jazz made up a nine-point deficit in the first half of the fourth quarter, tying the game at 79-79 on Ostertag's three-point play with 5:41 left. But Jackson answered with a three-pointer, and Stojakovic intercepted a pass on Utah's next possession and streaked in for a breakaway dunk that gave the Kings an 84-79 lead. The Jazz lost for the fourth time in six games. They also lost center Curtis Borchardt, who broke his left wrist when he fell hard to the floor over Jackson on a drive to the basket in the second quarter. Borchardt missed all of last season with a broken foot, and five games this season with a broken finger. Matt Harpring had 13 points and eight rebounds for the Jazz, and BenHandlogten added 13 points and six rebounds off the bench. Notes : It was the Jazz's third loss in 14 home games. ... Sac. played really well at the end and Peja had those clutch lay-ups. They executed well and perfect to get them the win... Jazz are still a great team and play like a team... just a tough late loss tonight.

This road trip should be a real test of character for Utah. They've proven they can play with the West's eliye, but are yet to prove they're road worthy. They need to get at least 3 or 4 wins to stay close to that 8th spot. It was a good game against Sac, but they could of played better at the end.
