The Saints lose a long time vocal and spiritual leader in Joe Horn. Today the Saints agreed to give Joe his release to test the FA waters. Loomis the saints GM left the door open for Joe if he can't find the money. Hopefully Joe will land back in the city still heavily affected still by Katrina. the City needs him. Good luck Joe where ever you land.

Hey I can sympathize my only question is why that city was ever built there in the first place but hind site is always 20/20. I always liked Joe but after seeing how the Saints survived without him for most of the season I don't think losing him is as big a deal as it would of been 2 years ago. I do still think if he's healthy he could be very helpful to a team in need of a veteran WR
Well Joe screwed up and ran his mouth off at a press conference yesterday in new orleans. He lost alot of his fans for that.

Just for clarification I was referring to the Rioters in Detroit a few years back EDit* Horn's agent has been contacted by the Packers but they have minimal interest, it may pick up if Horn is still available after the first tear of Free Agents finally dwindles.

Zackman and BJames you are both being ignorant. First Zackman its great that you rally around a city that was probably one of the most celebrated cities in America until the hurricane. The city is trying to rebuild as much as it can, its really ridiculous to call it a shithole i mean come on have some class seriously. And BJames i'm not sure about your race but you just pinned all of New Orleans problems on black people. so i think you are both out of place in this thread. as for Joe Horn, the Saints are losing a great leader and a guy who stuck with this team throughout the tradegy of a couple years ago. That being said he isnt what he used to be and the Saints didnt really need him at this point.
