    Despite the ratings bonanza in the Finals the NBA lost a lot of revenue from the previous seasons. Time for contraction there's too many lameduck owners and bottom feeders in the association.

    So minimum of 7.7 million in space

    add 824K for Koponen and Freeland if they get renounced
    add 1.01 million for Claver if he gets waived.

    ^ Got this from the Blazers board. They have 7.7 in space unless they renounce the rights to their young talent/rookies, which takes them up to 9 million highest.

    The original conditions of the CBA they estimated a 4% growth each year. The fact the salary cap dropped $2M from last season is far off their growth projections.
