The St. Louis Rams had a simple chant in the locker room after Sunday's 38-13 rout of the Houston Texans.

"2-and-0, 2-and-0," coach Jeff Fisher said his team repeated.

Sam Bradford threw three touchdown passes, St. Louis added a score on defense and special teams and the Rams stunned the mistake-prone Texans with a 38-13 win on Sunday to win their second straight after dropping their previous three games.

While I agree it was a great win for a young Rams team. I also believe we caught a good team in a bad way with injuries and QB problems. A win is a win. We (the Rams) will have to wait and see if we can build on this and move forward. While Sam had a good day. Its turnovers that were the key to this win.

You make an excellent point Ozark. I think the game was more of a pre-Christmas gift than the Rams dominating like so many others have said. But in the NFL it doesn't have to be pretty, and frequently it isn't. We've now seen the worst (I hope) of this team, and we've seen a strong victory (biggest point difference in years) So now we have to see which team is going to consistently show up on Sundays. I still think changes need to be made at the end of the season--inevitably with personnel, but also namely at offensive coordinator and QB (yeah, I know I'll get arguments on that one) before we can grow any more. Our next game is against Carolina, who is coming off an impressive win over the Vikings. Lets just see if we continue to improve, or revert back to what we looked like against SF.

My feeling is that we need to build the O-line in the draft or where ever. To protect Sam and open wholes for our small fast backs. (including your fav BOSS,Peed. lol)

You're right Ozark. We need help on the OL. But there are teams in the league with OLs worse than ours. You already know my sentiments on our current QB. My grandmother could play behind a great OL. It's the QB's job to get the most out of the team he has. It's also the team's job to make the QB's job easier, but far and away it's the QB who has the most influence on the offense. Just look around the league. The best teams have the best QBs. It's been that way for years and years. It's no secret in the NFL that your caliber of QB is the single most determining factor for the success of your team. We continue to experience just enough success with our current incumbent that it just keeps the fans hoping, praying, deluding themselves that maybe he really is the answer. We can still win with an average QB in this league. We just won't be a championship team that's all. And I'm not interested in being good or better than average---I'm interested in Super Bowl victories. I'd bet the bankroll Bradford will never get even one.
